Brief Answer:
Motility is less.

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Your Sperm Count -- Normal .

Semen Volume is Normal.

Semen Liquification time is also normal.

Your Sperm Motility is less , atleast 50% should have normal motility.

Morphology of Sperm is 70 % normal in you that is very good .

There are 10-12 pus cells which means infection is there in your semen ( or prostrate) . Also because of this infection your Sperm motility might have come. down. I advise you to get Semen Culture Sensitivity test done and use Antibiotics as per culture report. Once your infection is cured retest your Semen Analysis.

Hope you find this information useful.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There were some pus cells found in your semen. It indicates infection in semen or prostate and it could be one of the cause of low motility. I advise you to get Semen culture sensitivity test and use antibiotics as per culture sensitivity report.

If in spite of using antibiotics if your semen shows low motility then you need to get certain hormonal tests like serum Testosterone, Serum prolactin, serum FSH, serum LH.

Hope this information is useful for you.

Any clarification feel free to ask.
