'Heterogenous uterus' is a description used to describe the appearance of the uterus after an ultrasound exam is done. All that this means is that the ultrasound appearance of the uterus is not totally uniform. The two most common causes of heterogenous uterus are uterine fibroids, which are benign muscular growths in the uterine wall, and adenomyosis, which is a proliferation of the normal uterine glands into the muscular wall of the uterus. These conditions are very common, affecting up to maybe 50% of women by middle age. They generally cause no symptoms but they can cause abdominal pain and heavy bleeding and cramping with menstruation.

While heterogenous endometrium with echogenic materials and intrauterine adhesions have many reasons but please how is thickness of endometrium ?!
Please upload picture of ultrasound scan.
From these data i can't say that you have cancer.
At your age there is no possibility.
Diagnosis of cancer can be done only by biopsy of endometrium .

Hystrectomia is It is the latest action of doctor ,hence don't worry so much.

As per your ultrasound report endometrium thickness doesn't show that you are predisposed to have endometrial cancer .
Hence don't worry .

In my opinion ,based on your symptoms(metrorragia and abdominal pain ) and ultrasound scan ,it seems to be an endometrial polyp with/or adenomiosis('Heterogenous uterus).

Hysteroscopy with guided biopsy is the most common comparator for other techniques to diagnose polyps as it offers the highest sensitivity and specificity for conservative measures.
Hysteroscopic polypectomy is effective and safe as both a diagnostic and therapeutic intervention.

Hence if you were my patient ,I would recommend you to have a Hysteroscopic examination as it serves as diagnostic and therapeutic method.
