Brief Answer:
several possibilities can be there..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxx, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

I've reviewed the Ultrasound report and let me assure you first of all that there's nothing significant was detected, so don't worry..

However in Trans-abdominal Ultrasound, there's a possibility of non-visualization of ovary/ies, so in those scenario it's better to opt for a more sensitive investigation i.e. Trans-vaginal ultrasound..

There're several other possibilities for non-visualization of one/both ovary/ies, and one among them is normal physiological phenomenon also (I'm not going in to the list of diseases as they'll only make you more anxious)..

At this point, I'd suggest you to schedule an appointment with a Gynecologist for a detailed clinical examination to rule out any other findings and further evaluation can be planned based on them(if required)..

Let me know if there's any further queries, i'll be glad to clarify..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
