Question: RECENTLY I HAD SEMEN ANALYSING TEST THE REPORTS ARE GIVEN BELOW

CLARITY-OPALESCENT
CONISTENCY-VISCID
ODOUR- MUSTY
SPERM COUNT - 50-60 MILLION/ML
MOTILITY
0% ACTIVE MOTILE
0% SLUGGISHLY MOTILE
100% NON MOTILE FORMS
2-4 HPF leukocytes present.
sir i have one child she is ten years old we r trying to next baby but some problems r seen in my test.so please give right suggestion.how can i improve active motile

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your Semen analysis has revealed Asthenospermia meaning there by that all the sperms are non motile .
The normal active motile sperms required for effective fertilization should be 15%.Unfortunately the cause and treatment for Asthenospermia have not been established in spite of extensive research in the field of infertility and reproductive techniques .The truth is that there is really no effective treatment available today for increasing the sperm motility .
In your case since all the sperms have been reported to be non motile there is no possibility of either normal or assisted pregnancy with reproductive techniques .

IF I TAKE AMEDICINE LIKE ZINC & FOLIC ACID TABLETS SO ITS POSSIBLE OF ACTIVE MOTILE IS REPRODUCTION.

As I have stated in my reply earlier there is no medicine that can improve motility of sperms.
You can repeat semen analysis .Please note semen has to be collected with abstinence for 3 days and has to be submitted in the laboratory within 30 minutes after collection .

reason of motile lost because i m 39 yrs old.last three years i had semen test & result is perfect.
