Question: Here is a Semen Analysis report. I need to know what are the problems in it that are of serious nature when it comes to infertility.

Repeat a semen analysis after one month. If reports are same, you should undergo IVF with ICSI or IMSI for a pregnancy.

I think you should have a healthy diet and regular exercise. Avoid fast food. Stop smoking or drinking if you have any of these habits. You can take sugarcane juice and flaxseed powder in your diet.
There is no natural cure as such. But these can help in improving semen parameters.
Go for a laparoscopy with husteroscopy and chromopertubation for your wife to see the tubal status and ovaries and uterus.
