Question
i m 44 year old and got married 12 years back and very recently taken semen analysis.
i taken examination on 9th august, 2014 and i would like to know the result of testing and are we hv chance of having child?

colour : greyish white
odour:seminal
reaction: alkaline
viscosity :low
liquefaction time: 20 minutes
microscopic examination
count : 65 millions/ml
motility :active 45% sluggish 35% dead 20%
morphology:normal 80% abnormal : 20%
comments microscopic examination shows 2-3 WBC's/WPF

Looking at your semen analysis, the total sperm count is a little less however on the brighter side most of them are morphologically normal and also either active or sluggish. With this semen report my conclusion is that you can conceive.
Here are some general instructions
1. Wear only boxer type of underwear
2. Avoid keeping hot objects like laptops on your lap
3. Take cold water showers
4. Avoid smoking
5. Exercise daily ( cardivascular exercises like running, swimming, cycling) for half hour daily
6. Speak with your wife's gynaecologist to know her ovulatory cycles
