Question: A 19 year old patient had head injury with right clavicle fracture underwent ORIF, under went second operation in which supra-scapular exploration of brachial plexus with spinal accessory to supra-clavicular nerve trunk anactomosis Intercostal Musculo-cutaneous nuralisation done using harvested sural nerve. In the nerve conduction test it showed 2.5 nerve has been damaged. And the doctor has given 50 % of total disability from M.S. Ramiah. Patient have also got the certificate from government hospital. The doctor certificate from XXXXXXX hospital after all the medical check-up is given as 45% disability. patient is unable to lift his right hand as a result of which he is not able to do any activity.

Please confirm whether this could lead the above deformity and what is the exact % of disability
