This shows liver injury.we need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
I can understand your concern .
Dear ii would like to inform you that AST and ALT
are two very important enzymes present in liver cells . So any injury or inflammation of liver cells will cause rise in its level.
There are so many reasons for this .few I would like to mention here such as.
1.hepato toxic drugs .There are so many drugs that injures liver cells such as NSAIDS eg paracetamol and antitubercular drugs eg isoniazid and rifampicin .
2 . alcohol is very common cause of this.
3.viral hepatitis we have so many viruses that can infect liver.
4.right sided heart failure because of congestion
5.liver abscess etc.
So as we have discussed there are so many causes.
To confirm the diagnosis we need complete history and examination and if needed further testing of liver function .
So in my opinion you should consult your physician and discuss about this .
