What Does My Lipid Profile Test Indicate?

Question: I took lipids test last week and my LDL level is 161, so I am in full diet and being avoided oil food , high LDL foods (NV) and doing regular walking in morning. is it fine to control it?

Hello,
Thanks for query dear patient.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

Your LDL cholestrol is only borderline high which means that its just mildly elevated.
Intially i would recommend you to folow lifestyle modification of 3 months initially.

This involve-
Work out al least 5 days in a week.
Cardio exercise should be done 10 minutes everyday for 3 months.
Try o avoid over oily food.
Drink plenty of water.
Take lots of fresh and colored vegetables daily.
Eat at least 20-25 grams of fibers daily.
Doing just regular walk won't help speed of walking should not be less then 5km/hr.
If you want you can takr natural anti lipid capaule prelipid twice daily for 3 months.

Thanks for your detailed answer. can you please tell the procedure to do cardio exercise? I have avoided oil completely and having maximum dry fruits& fresh fruits. will it create any problem? can you please explain on natural anti lipid capsuel? I have attached lipid report for your reference.

Do all exercises in three sets of 15-12-10 repetitions respectively.
Use wait of 5 kg only.
Exercise schedule
How can you do cardio when body is weak.
So initially follow this-
Day 1
Dumbell curls
Preachers curl
Hammer curls
Push ups
will take about 30 minutes
followed by 15 minutes of running on treadmill at the lightest mode amnd minimum elevation.

Day 2 rest

Day 3
Push ups
Dips
Plank postion
Incined dumbell press
Inclined dumbll fly
Followed by 15 minutes of cycling.

Day 4 rest
Day 5-
15 minutes on tread mill
followed by 10 minutes of rest
Again 15 minutes of cycling.

Day 6-
Abdominal crunches followed by 30 minutes of tread mill

Day 7 rest

Contact me again after day 7.

Too much of anything is good for nothing
Healthy diet consist of fats protein and carbohydrate combination.
Totally restricting something have serious effects on body.
Take less then 10% saturated and 15% unsaturated fat daily(20% of food).

Thanks. I try this and have a lipid test after a month. I hope that will give good result. if not coming in control, then have plan to take prelipid . Is it fine?

Hi again,
Prelipid is effective oNly with proper life style changes.
Don't worry go for proper work out.
I have given you a very easy schedule but will be very effective if followed properly.

P.S- don't try to do all these things at home or walking and jogging in garden.
A schedule is necesssary and you have to go to gym for that.

My best wishes and try to stay away from medicines.
Medical therapy should be last resort not the first option.
