Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query dear patient.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

Your LDL cholestrol is only borderline high which means that its just mildly elevated.
Intially i would recommend you to folow lifestyle modification of 3 months initially.

This involve-
Work out al least 5 days in a week.
Cardio exercise should be done 10 minutes everyday for 3 months.
Try o avoid over oily food.
Drink plenty of water.
Take lots of fresh and colored vegetables daily.
Eat at least 20-25 grams of fibers daily.
Doing just regular walk won't help speed of walking should not be less then 5km/hr.
If you want you can takr natural anti lipid capaule prelipid twice daily for 3 months.
Hope i was helpful.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Prelipid is effective oNly with proper life style changes.
Don't worry go for proper work out.
I have given you a very easy schedule but will be very effective if followed properly.

P.S- don't try to do all these things at home or walking and jogging in garden.
A schedule is necesssary and you have to go to gym for that.

My best wishes and try to stay away from medicines.
Medical therapy should be last resort not the first option.

Regards.
