Brief Answer:
RBCS in urine

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Red blood cells in urine have many causes ranging from infection, stones, tumors. Infection of the bladder called cystitis can cause it , renal stones can also cause it but its usually with pain , infection in kidneys can also be the reason but its accompanied with fever. Trauma to urethra can also cause it, lastly tumors of bladder and kidney can also cause it. For that purpose ultrasound abdomen should be done, plane abdominal x ray urine c/s for infections should also be advised.
Less common causes include schistosomiasis , recent instrumentation, sickel cell disease , IgA nephropathy even vigorous exercise can also be the cause.
You can discuss these options with your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Thanks for uploading the lab results.

Based on the these results , its likely to be due to urinary tract stone. An ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and x ray KUB should be advised. If there is a large calculus and its removed then the creatinine will return to normal. Its just slightly raised and it can be related to relative weight of the individual.
