Brief Answer:
Adopt lifestyle changes. Decrease Rosave dose

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thank you for asking your query on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your history and the attached reports. According to it, you have a borderline rise in triglyceride and fasting glucose level which can be controlled by lifestyle changes.
You have been taking Rosave 10 mg regularly and you can reduce it to 5 mg as your cholesterol and LDL levels are well controlled. Then re-test lipid profile after 3 months.
Now coming to lifestyle changes, I believe you are exercising daily for at least 45 min. You should also go for running/brisk walking for at least 30 min. In foods, avoid oily foods or potato based stuff. Eat foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids like some types of fish, walnuts, almonds and ground flaxseeds. Eat oats and oat XXXXXXX fruits, beans, lentils, and vegetables. Stop smoking or alcohol (if you take them).

You have to regularly exercise and follow a strict diet to lose weight which will also help to keep your cholesterol and sugar levels controlled. I hope I have answered your query. In case of any further question, let me know.

Thanks for your reply.

I am a vegetarian. Can you suggest good source of protein?

Also I require to have wheat roti in my diet both times. Otherwise I feel very weak/tired. What could be the reason? Is there any alternative to wheat roti?

Brief Answer:
Consult a Dietitian for a dietary plan

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your follow up question.

There are a lot of vegetarian food products rich in protein like chickpeas, lentils, green peas, soybeans, kidney beans, dairy products, and nuts. As far as alternatives to wheat roti and for a dietary plan, I would suggest you consult a dietitian nearby you or here at HealthcareMagic.

Take care and let me know of your any further query/ test report.
Best
