Brief Answer:
Only FNAC can indicate whether it is benign or malignant.

Sorry for replying late

I have gone through report in detail.
You are rightly advised for FNAC.FNAC is best to assess nature of lymph node.Only FNAC can indicate whether it is benign or malignant.

Loss of hilar fat in some of the nodes and length to breath ratio less than 2 is not in our favour but it is too early to conclude from this report.

You may also need ultrasound of abdomen, chest X-ray etc to search for presence of lymph nodes at other places.
It is also also important to rule out infective etiology like tubercular cause etc.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
