Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam, Thank you for posting your query on HCM. Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it will be very difficult to say on these reports that you are suffering from some autoimmune condition because you have been extensively investigated and yet no result is favouring autoimmune disease in any manner . Your ANA is negative , complements , ESR Albumin are normal so its very unlikely. But these diseases can evolve slowly and over years they may present so your symptoms can be positive later but at present no treatment is recommended as no evidence is there just joint pains will not land us with a diagnosis . Get your metabolic profile checked specially vitamin D AND ANTI -TPO antibodies. and best is to observe . Take care. Dr. Shruti
