What does my hysterosalpingogram test report indicate?

Question: in hsg report both tubes found with terminal dilatation. no spillage in right tube while lazy spillage in left tube. is there any chance of pregnancy.

I understand your concerns.

As per your HSG report, the chances of pregnancy are very minimal.
There is no spillage in right tube and lazy spillage in left tube. This suggests the tubes are almost blocked.

However, I would still advise a laparoscopic tubal examination to further determine the patency.
