Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
Sperm count and motility is low. It needs to be treated with antioxidants and antibiotics.Your Doctor will know about this. IUI with current sperm reports is not going to be of great help. IUI is just going to help sperms cross cervix barrier and not going to increase power of the sperms to move towards egg and penetrate the egg.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.

Hi,

My doctor has prescribed multigates and maxoza sachets for my spouse. We did first round of IUI today with 10 million sperms and 80% motility after wash.

How much is the chance with this.

Brief Answer:
Chances are 12% or 1 in 8 to 9 cycles.

Detailed Answer:
hi.I have gone through your query. It's ok that you have gone ahead with IUI today. As such success rate for IUI with post wash count above 8 million/ ml is 12% means around 1 in 8 to 9 cycles. It might improve with subsequent cycles as your spouse's treatment will gradually increase the count and motility of sperms.I hope I have answered your query.
Thanks.
