I dont smoke
I know I have a calcification in my upper lobe since I was young. Due to a Primary Complex which was healed.
I just would like to know if this xray shows If I should be concerned if it looks like I have contracted TB or Bronchitis or Pneumonia or a Viral infection.

I dont have a cough. I felt Chilly last friday but I feel fine right now.

I had slight rashes last week on my arms for 2 days. Then disappeared

Right now the back of my head hurts a little
and my right nostril is still blocked, it has been blocked for 9 days.

My bloodwork is normal except that my Lymphocytes is 55% and the limit is 40%

My urinalysis came back normal.

Since you had primary complex in childhood and had healed lesion in left upper-right lobe, no need to worry for this x ray finding.
Your current non Calcified lesion of left upper lobe is mostly due to healed lesion.
No need to worry for tuberculosis or pneumonia or bronchitis.
