Brief Answer:
Body analysis report

Detailed Answer:
You are overweight (BMI 27.2).
BMI Categories:
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
You are in the obese group as per body fat percentage (range for female-32-42-4%).
Your body weight is 59.57 as per BMI and height given .
Your daily calorie intake (DCI) as calculated should be 1540,if you do sedentary or desk job. However you have not mentioned nature of job you do,if any.
Muscle fat and visceral fats percentage are unreliable as there is no means to measure these directly.
Your Bone mass is normal(1.8). Normal T-score of −1.0 or higher.
Your blood sugar levels are normal i.e you are not diabetic.
The data you have given does not mention any cholesterol level. For that you have to undergo serum lipid profile(fasting) and let me know the results.
You should be on 1500 calories diet to reduce weight. Avoid sugary, oily and fatty food.
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Also, it is better to consult a dietitian as your food habits, liking/disliking can be given due consideration.

3.is it necessary to test the possibility of perimenopause? Does it leads to obesity in female after,45?
4. Morning I go to office without eating substantial food. Just a cup of tea and biscuits. In the afternoon at 1 pm I eat 2 chapatis and a katori vegetable.
5. After taking tea at office at 3 pm, I go home without eating anything in between and 7p.m I eat heavy things like samosa, idali, poha, etc. I m pure vegetarian.
At night 2 chapatis, salad and just a tablespoon rice and dal. This is the whole day' s food intake.

Brief Answer:
Body analysis report

Detailed Answer:
It seems that you are already on reducing diet.
one-cup(30 ml ) tea without sugar     provides approximately     20 cal-with sugar 40 cal.
Biscuits calorie content depends on type and number (may be printed on packet).
Chappati-2 medium sized (6" diam)     25 G each     -equivalent 160 cal
Green vegetables-one serving spoon(100 G)-     equivalent 30 cal
Samosa/Idli/poha will give equivalent calories like chappati.
Dal –one cup (25 G     )     equivalent 80 cal
Rice 1 tablespoon (9.9 G) equivalent 13 cal
Salad essentially provides fibres and vitamins.
Since you have essentially a white collar job, your calorie expenditure will be less.
Regular brisk walk for 30 minutes (3-5 km) at least 5 times a week (total 150 minutes/week) will help in reducing weight but you have to maintain the regularity.
You also need to rule out hypothyroidism as cause of obesity(Serum free T3,Free T4 & TSH estimations are needed).

Menopause has no clear causal relationship with obesity but most obese women with oligomenorrhea have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Obese women with PCOS have often insulin-resistance and may need insulin-sensitizing drugs. Ultrasonography(USG) of abdomen & pelvis will rule out PCOS.
