Brief Answer:
Blood report suggests iron deficiency anemia, iron profile required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The blood report posted by you shows low hemoglobin.
Low hemoglobin leads to anemia.
The red blood cells show variation in size and shape as described in report.
There is presence of hypochromia suggesting low hemoglobin in cells.
This picture suggests iron deficiency state.
You may get an iron profile done - Iron, TIBC % saturation and ferritin.
In case there is iron deficiency, iron supplements will be required to correct iron deficiency and also to correct anemia.

Thanks and take care
