Brief Answer:
Monocyte count is within normal range

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for positing your query on HealthcareMagic.
Monocyte is one of the five white blood cells present in body.
Monocytes are increased in chronic infections and inflammations.
The differential count shows 12% monocytes, however, the absolute count is 900 . cubic millimeter.
Monocyte count (absolute) of 1000 or above is of concern and indicate infection.
Counts below 1000 / cubic millimeter is normal.
Thus, there is relative monocytosis and not absolute monocytosis.
This is not of much concern.
