Brief Answer:
Continue EVION, Golibi is not required

Detailed Answer:
Hi

After seeing your post, here are my conclusions:

1. You have what is known as Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease. This is a very common condition and often seen in clinical practice
2. If the disease is not controlled , it can lead to more serious liver damage in the future.
3. Here are my suggestions for management of the same:

Weight loss- 0.5-1 kg/week target
Vitamin E- 400 IU/day (Evion - which you are already taking- you can continue the same)
Hepatitis A and B vaccines
Avoid alcohol consumption

5. Golbi (which is UDCA) was used earlier by many doctors for this condition, however, recent research has not shown it to be beneficial for this condition. Hence, I would advice you to discontinue the same

6. The fat in the liver takes long to reverse but the risk of further liver damage can be halted by the above approach.

7. Please share with us the blood reports which were performed. This will give us more insight into your overall health.

Brief Answer:
Meet a good cardiologist if you haven't

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I had a look at your reports. The most concerning thing is that you TMT report says 'stress test is positive for inducible ischemia' , I would suggest you to meet a good cardiologist for the same.

Regarding other reports:

1. You liver enzymes are elevated- which is probably due to the fatty liver
2. Your cholesterols , especially your LDL is on the higher side
3. Your post prandial sugar is also on the higher side

I would advice moderate exercise and diet control for the above. I would advice you to repeat the following investigations after 3 months

1. FBS/PPBS
2 Hba1c
3. Liver function test.

Once again, I would advice you to meet a cardiologist and take a second opinion on the stress test.
