Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query.
You had not mentioned following details which would be useful to discuss more.
1. When was your last contact with your boy friend? How long after you had your test after the last contact?
2. Have you had any blood transfusion during your gall bladder surgery?
Anyway, you had your first HIV test by October, then during December, Correct?
If these tests were non reactive even 12 weeks after the last contact, it is confirmatory that you are not having HIV/STD/Hepatitis.
All your symptoms like rash, burning might be once again due to some allergen, as you had definite history of allergic disorders. Burning anus might either be due to worm infestations or an yeast infection of that area. A close examination and motion examination would reveal the cause.
So you better consult a Dermato-venereologist and get well soon.

Hi,
Welcome back.
I would like to know the type of HIV test you had (4th generation, p24 Antigen, PCR, Antibody tests, ELISA or Rapid) and exactly how long after the contact with your boy friend, you had your HIV test? (January 5? Exposure October?).
Slight rise in Eosinophill indicates the activity of exaggerated allergy. Protein in urine indicates a kidney function slighly impaired whereas your Serum creatinine level is within normal range. So nothing severe and you have to meet a physician for further help.

Exposed in October, had test in October - negative and then had tests again Dec 11 --- Hep and HIV also negative --- just had additional test on 1/8 HEP b & C surface
What does the Eosinophill indicate with Allergy -- what type internal external where?
Negative HIV PCR 4 weeks after exposure rules out HIV 1 infection.

Hi,
Welcome back.
Eosinophill increase just mentioned that there is an augmented allergic reaction and will not reveal whether it is internal or external. Not a specific one.
HIV PCR nonreactive 4 weeks after the high risk activity confirms that you are free from HIV infection.
