Brief Answer:
Overconsumption of alcohol single time can acutely raise the liver enzymes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes, if you have another alcohol drink with more than 40% weight by volume (brandy, whisky and vodka) for more than 60ml any day then there will be a rise in liver enzymes as SGOT and SGPT.

If you want your SGOT and SGPT to base values (20 to 50) then you should quit alcohol.

With these two statements you can decide if you want to go for a drink or not.

Hope this is convincing.
