Brief Answer:
Continue nexium, upper endoscopy & echo advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns .

The presence of wbc and rbc is not significant for possible stool problems.

However, I did not notice anything regarding candida infection. Can you please give the reports of stool analysis and culture to compare?

I advise to :
- continue taking nexium
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- follow the right changes in diet and lifestyle regimen

Looking forward to have the requested data in.

Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome....as following

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Thank you for providing the reports.

I have gone through your stool analysis and nothing serious have been noted.

With regards to wbc and rbc , they are within normal range.

The presence of wbc is indicative for possible infection. But in your case, they are not as highly elevated to be significant for infection.

I advise to take probiotics and to avoid foods that would aggravate your symptoms.

Hope it was of help!
