Brief Answer:
You have lymphocytosis, vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question and your all reports. I can understand your concern.

Your total count is normal but your differential count shows high lymphocytes and low neutrophils. It is common in viral infection or may be normal variation is some individuals. If you have and fever or other symptoms then you should further investigated. Otherwise nothing to worry about that. It will come back to normal.

Your eosinophil is slightly high but it is due to your allergy so no further actions needed.

You have vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency. For that your should take supplements of vitamin B12 and vitamin D.

Your Hba1c shows good control of sugar.

Your Lipid profile shows high level of triglyceride and low HDL. These are risk factors for coronary heart disease. For that You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Repeat the lipid profile after 3 months. If it doesn't change with diet then drugs like atorvastatin is helpful.

Your liver function test, kidney function test, thyroid function test, PSA and calcium are normal. No need to worry about that.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
It can be due to normal variation or viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your neutrophils are low with high lymphocytes count. It is commonly seen in viral infection or some other infection or it can be due to normal variation. So its impact depends on your symptoms.

If you don't have any symptoms then need to worry. If you have any symptoms then please tell me about that so that I can help you.

Your eosinophil count is slightly high but you have known allergy and it is very common in that. No any special treatment is required.

Your monocytes count is low it has no clinical significance. Your MCHC but it is related to vitamin B12 deficiency. No clinical significance of that. Once your vitamin B12 levels comes to normal it will automatically comes down to normal range.

So don't worry much about your reports. If you have any symptoms then please tell me. Otherwise its not significant much.

Hope I have answered your question. if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Dear Sir,
Sorry to bother you more and this is my final question. Is there any alternative medication(Homeopathy or Ayurved) to allergic cough instead of Telecast-l/Levocitrizene? Telecast-L just control the alergic sensation and not at all helping to cure alergic sensation. If i avoid taking tablet one day, issue is reoccuring immedietly. Kindly suggest me if there is any alternative for safety health.

Thanks a lot for all your valuable information.

Brief Answer:
Avoid contact with dust and other allergens.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question I can understand your concern.

You should avoid contact with dust and other allergens. You should take tablets as prescribed. Obviously it will not cure your allergy. Its just to avoid symptoms. No drugs can cure your allergy. It is immunological phenomenon and many factors are involved which we can not changed.
So I can not help you in that aspect.

For alternative medicine like Homeopathy and Ayurveda you should consult specialist in that field. I don't have enough knowledge to suggest you about homeopathy or Ayurveda. So I am sorry for that.

Hope I have answered your question.
Please feel free to ask me anytime. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
