Brief Answer:
You may have infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have neutrophilic leukocytosis. Most common cause of neutrophilic leukocytosis is infection. Thrombocytosis is common in infection so no need to worry about that.

Please send me your complete blood count report. What is your exact total count and differential count.

Monoclonal lymphocytes should be investigated. Please send me your flow cytometry report also.

Also reply for following questions.
Do you have fever and other signs of infection?
What are your other symptoms?
what is the reason for flowcytometry test? Do you have gone through any other investigation?

No need to worry. Just be relaxed. Mostly it looks like infection but send me your reports and answers. So that I can help you further.

I will wait for your reports.
