Brief Answer:
Hello dear. aggressive management of fever is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have read the details. Cancer patients are usually susceptible to infections and such is the case. He requires some investigations like complete blood counts, liver function tests, blood and urine cultures.
I will advise you to get him admitted for injectable antibiotics. We usually advise drugs like cefipime and amikacin in full dose.
Please consult your physician for admission and antibiotic prescription.
Hope for speedy recovery.
Thanks
