Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read carefully all your medical reports and I can say as follows:

1. First of all, I need to know how are you?
I need to know if your symptoms continue to be present.

2. Your stomach biopsy shows that you have atrophy of stomach folders that are compatible with atrophic gastritis.
It means that you should use PPI's like Pantoprazole 20 mg twice per day.

3. with regards to loose stools it can not be explained with atrophic gastritis.
It may be related with :
- intestinal inflection
- malabsorption.
This is why I suggest doing fecal culture test plus fecal test for malabsorption.

Hope it was helpful to you.

Hi back,

Your symptoms can not be explain with stomach issues .
Shrinking and burning sensation of hand and legs may be related with rheumatic /dermatologic disorders but not with gastritis.
This is why it is important to be consulted with according specialists.
Hope it was helpful to you.
