Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through the question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the reports.
1. Amniotic fluid is reduced in the ultrasound.
Reduced amniotic fluid can be due to decreased fluid intake by your wife, excessive stress, growth restriction of fetus or any congenital renal anomaly in the fetus.
The ultrasound shows normal fetal growth and no congenital anomaly in the fetus, so the most common cause in her case is decreased fluid intake.
She should take adequate rest, avoid stress and takes 3-4 litres a day.
Repeat ultrasound to assess the fluid level should be done after 2 weeks. There is no need to worry at this level of fluid, it is not acutely less.
2. Placenta is situates on the anterior part of the fundus of uterus and it is in a completely normal position.
Placenta matures as the gestation advances, the gradong is given as 1, 2 and 3
So , grade 3 maturity is normal at 35 weeks of gestation.
There is nothing to panic.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
