My FSH is 18 and TSH 1.5 ng/ML. & Semen report - Azoopermia .

Brief Answer:
Testicular biopsy required

Detailed Answer:

I understand your concerns about azoospermia.

Your FSH is marginally high and TSH is normal. This indicates probable testicular failure.

You need to get testicular biopsy or TESA ( transepidermal sperm Aspiration) test done. This will show if there is production of sperms in your testes. You can decide future course of treatment as per TESA report. If sperms are found you can opt for ICSI (intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) treatment to father a child.
