Brief Answer:
Should go for further testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
TMT is a indirect test to rule out any possible blockage in arteries of heart. If positive it means that their are chances that you can have that blockage.
The sensitivity of TMT is around 70-75% which means that it could be falsely positive in around 30% patients.
I would suggest you to go for further testing in form of stress thallium or Stress echo which have better sensitivity than TMT and could tell better than TMT.
The test to rule out blockage with 100% sensitivity is coronary angiography.
So you can choose from any of the above tests.
Come back if you have any more question.
Thanks & take care
