Thanks for uploading the report.

This TMT report is basically inconclusive as patient has not achieved the minimum required Target Heart Rate (THR).

Minimum 85% of the predicted heart rate should be achieved by the patient for the TMT to be conclusive or suggestive of any ischemia.

If TMT comes out to be inconclusive and there is clinical suspicion of coronary artery disease then the next step is Angiography.
