Brief Answer:
Cervical cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

HPV is spread through sex, and it can cause an infection in the cervix. Most of the time, the infection doesn't last very long because your body is able to fight it. But in some women it can last longer. Women who get their tests for cervical cancer as often as they should are much less likely to get cervical cancer. Its take maybe 5 to 10 years to develop cancer

They are other risk factors like smoking, birth control, but you can have HPV infection to develop cervical cancer

Hi again

The prognosis it's dependent from the stage of the cancer.
The cancer get metastatic in very advanced cases
Usual the treatment it's combined radiotherapy and cimiotherapy with very good results
This is surgery to remove the uterus, cervix, part of the vagina, and tissues around these organs. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, and nearby lymph nodes may also be removed
All this procedure doesn't affect your libido and your sexual life
