Brief Answer:
You need further immunotherapy!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With positive lymph nodes, you need to receive systemic immunotherapy for better disease control. Also, the doctor might consider removing all the other lymph nodes as a few are already affected. The specifics drugs to be used would be further decided by your doctor.

I hope this guides. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.
