What Does My PET-CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: My sister's mother-in-law has been diagnosed with cancer and is in a critical stage.. Current report is enclosed herewith.
Let me know if any suggestions are required.

Please find attached whole body PET CT scan report of XXXXXXX Mashruwala

The current opinion of the treating Doctor is as below :-
Surgery is not practical
Radiation will not be useful
Chemotherapy is ruled out

Consult Dr. XXXXXXX Basade for oral chemotherapy capsules

Please suggest!!

Thanks for your query.

It is true that the disease is quite advanced and patient quite elderly. I understand that surgery already done, but I am not sure if radiation therapy was done or not.

If radiation not done then can be considered now along with Targeted therapy called cetuximab.

If radiation already done, then chemotherapy with cetuximab. Exact medicines and doses can be fixed by treating medical oncologist.

If patient unfit for all of above then only symptomatic treatment is appropriate.
