Question: Can you please advise if there could be a correlation between dizziness and nausea symptoms and the "only" remarkability on exam (physical neuro exam was unremarkable) of note was the the MRI showed a "mild degree of chronic white matter changes"

Hello Dr. Mascarenhas,
Thank you for your prompt response. This is for a family member and I am curious as to physiologically how will the daily marijuana use cause the white matter changes and can you estimate how long (in regards to length of usage) it would take to cause such changes?

Additionally can the white matter changes be directly responsible for the dizziness and nausea symptoms or is that entirely separate?

Thank you,
XXXX
