Brief Answer:
She needs physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your wife's case and MRI. She is having rotator cuff tendinosis and sub acromial bursitis. For this she needs to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet etoricoxib 90 mg one daily.
3.Injection of steroid should be given in sub acromial joint. It should be given by trained orthopaedic doctor only.
4.She needs to start physiotherapy once she feel less pain so that her shoulder does not become stiff.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
She may need arthroscopic subacromial decompression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes, if there is no effect of medicines and physiotherapy then she might need arthroscopic surgery. In this some bone is removed through a very small incision. She will be discharged from hospital in a day. It is called arthroscopic subacromial decompression.
thanks
