Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to heathcare magic.
Myself Dr Sudhir XXXXXXX I have gone through your query. As per MRI report you has mild disc bulge.I treat similar patients coming to my clinic by
1.Rest to neck( advise to not move his neck much and sometimes cervical collar application).
2.Analgesics.
3.neurotropic agents (such as pregabalin and methylcobalmine).
You are already taking pregabalin,You can add to it rest and analgesics whenever you have pain after consulting your treating doctor.
In my opinion operative treatment has no role.
Further I want to say that as you have only mild bulge. I think other causes of tingling and numbness such as diabetes should be keep in mind and blood sugar test may done to exclude it.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
