Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The MRI is suggestive of displacement of disc between C6-7 vertebrae. This is mildly touching the dura covering over cord. This is not compressing the cord.
Pain maybe muscular or nerve root compression.
Please provide details regarding symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
