Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome back to HealthcareMagic.
I went through your query carefully but I must confess that it is not that clear what is it that you are asking precisely. Or perhaps you just want a general opinion on whether you are being treated appropriately?
Regarding the first issue, spinal problems, I am afraid I can't see any MRI reading attached. So for the moment I can only say that physical therapy sessions must be continued as they are the only means for a lasting benefit, medication benefit is limited to mainly alleviating the symptoms.
Looking at the blood pressure values before and now I would say that the current values of 130/65 seem to be fine, so you are on the correct path. Of course you should continue to monitor your blood pressure regularly, but for the moment no additional treatment is recommended with those values.
As for the enlarged prostate, a common problem with age, Duodart is an excellent first choice treatment, so I can only approve its use.
Looking at the list of medication, apart from Ketican which I haven't heard of and can't find by searching the internet either (could you have misspelled it?), the rest look appropriate and safe for your spinal issues.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
Still can't see MRI report.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the additional information. I am afraid I still do not see any reports, neither of the MRI nor of the ultrasound.
If you have had issues of the cervical spine with compression of the spinal cord then it does explain the symptoms in your hands which you describe. If there is compression of the spinal cord (again depends on MRI findings) surgery may be considered. However the aim is to prevent further damage, it can't reverse the damage already done. For that the only way of management is physical therapy. Medication like Pregabalin (Funxion) may help to alleviate the tingling and numbness. If it is causing constipation and can't be used at the necessary dosage (75 mg is the lowest possible) maybe a similar alternative which causes less frequently constipation like Gabapentin may be considered.
