Brief Answer:
Diagnostic laparoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to healthcare magic.

1. The report says tubes are blocked and even uterus is small in size probably due to Septum or fibroid.

2. This finding needs to be examined by diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.

3. If there is a problem like fibroid or polyp or septum it can easily be removed.

4. Dont get depressed. There is solution.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can go for another surgery. No problem.

If fibroid or polyp is obstructing, it can be removed and might open up tubes. Depends on the type of block which can be decided by laparoscopy only.
