Brief Answer:
Adhesions inside uterine cavity

Detailed Answer:
Hi
greetings.
The report shows some adhesions inside the uterine cavity.
Even though her periods are normal her uterine cavity is not normal.Hence I suggest you to consult a gynaec laparoscopic surgeon and get a hystroscopy done.Through that we can find out the defects and if any , can be corrected hysteroscopically.
Mean while you should also get a semen analysis done.
You can also discuss with your neurologist regarding the anticonvulsant tablet you are taking.
Hope my answer helps you. Regards
