What Does My HIV-1 RNA Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor, I recently had my HIV 1 RNA QN PCR test done. But I am having difficulty understanding it. Can u help me.

It says HIV 1 RNA QN PCR <20 Not Detected
and HIV 1 RNA QN PCR <1.30 Not Detected

What does that mean?

You test is actually a good news it means that HIV1 is not detected in your blood and you don't have HIV1 (most common type of HIV) in your blood simply meaning you dont have AIDS.
