Question: Dr.Rishu Saxena, CArdiologist.
Dear Doctor,
Referring to my earlier question regading my ECG and my earlier emails , i am now forwarding through Email ,
2D echo and TMT final impression for your perusal and advise. In this connection I have to state that I had T wave inversion in 1977 and since then for many years this T wave inversion is there from V1 to V6.Over these 40 years , the T wave is visible in V4 to v6 only .Now also the V4 to V6 are visible in TMT at rest,I am plannning to go to USA to visit my children, and i want to ask you. does these changes in T wave inversion is a hindrance to go to usa or not. Since the 2 D echo is quite normal and TMT test is also normal.can i venture to go to USA?.Kindly advise. I sent the reports separately through email.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Have gone through your reports dear.
EKG is just a baseline test for cardiology however TMT and 2d echo are more then 90% sensitive for ruling out coronary artery disease. As echo and TMT are normal thee is no clinical significance of T wave inversion illateral leads.

From cardioogy point of view you are fit to go to U.S.A.

Regards.
