Brief Answer:
It looks like Chalazion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

After seeing your picture ,I think you have a chalazion in your upper eyelid.
You don't need to worry ,it is not a serious thing.
Chalazions are cyst that contain fluids .They form when the oil-producing glands in the eyelids become blocked.A chalazion is more common on the upper eyelid and can affect both eyes.
They are painless most of the time but may become red and painful if they get infected.

In the first stage no treatment is needed. It will go away in it's own.
You can apply hot compresses .Put a clean flannel/towel in hot water and then put it gently but firmly against the closed eye.Keep it for 10 minutes 3-4 times a day. The pressure and warmth serves to soften the contents of the cyst helping it drain more easily.

It may take up to 3-4 weeks for the chalazion to go away.
If it doesn't go away after some weeks you may need a small surgery to treat it.
There is no need to use antibiotic drops or other medication.

If it become red, painful or increase in size you need to consult a physician and get examined.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards,
Dr.Rovena
