Looking at your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Low PCV indicates anemia.

2. High Ferritin and low transferrin indicates possible associated chronic diseases or chronic inflammation. Transferrin is reduced in inflammation and also in liver diseases and malnutrition. Low transferrin is not helpful in diagnosing anemia.

3. Iron within normal range suggests other causes of anemia, maybe nutritional like Vit B12, folic acid.

4. With high ferritin and low transferrin - "anemia of chronic disease" needs to be thought of. If more details are available regarding MCV, MCH, Vit B12 assay etc, I can be more helpful. Try to attach reports, if you have. Do get back also with more clinical history, if possible.
