What Does Itching On The Vulva Indicate?

Question: I have itching on the vulva(?) and in the crease of my left leg looks like large blood blisters without the blister like a blood birth mark started with little place and is all across my leg and itches and hurts have rubbed with lotion and powder but looks horriblehad foor about 2 weeks keeps looking reder and reder.thank you
