Brief Answer:
Get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend
The description you are giving is not in favor of a cardiac chest pain. It seems like a Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease.
But ECG changes are there. So it is better to be sure
I would adviy you following:
1. Repeat ECG
2. Echo cardiography
3. Upper GI endoscopy
4. Combination of Pantoprazole and domperidone once a day.

I would be happy to review you once you have the reports.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
