Brief Answer:
Probably a small fluid collection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It just means possibly a small fluid collection or maybe small blood collection in the wall of the abdomen just below the skin and not inside the abdomen. It should not require any management unless it is leading to infection in the form of fever, chills or bodyache and redness or pain in the area of the track.
