Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that pantocid DSR will not affect your sugar levels . Your fasting blood sugar level is 107 which indicates impaired glucose tolerance . It will be better to get an HbA1c done which will give the correct value pertaining to last 3 months of your sugar control . Your present sugar level just indicates that you might develop diabetes in future so a follow up will be required.

First your liver functions are deranged , a USG abdomen should be done for that . And they need to be repeated after 15 days . Your ggt is raised which is suggestive of the possibility that you might be taking alcohol which needs to be restricted .
Next you have dyslipidemia , following healthy lifestyle and losing weight can correct it , you will not require any medicines as if now.
Your uric acid levels are raised , for a person with gout we like to maintain below 6 so , the dose of medicine that you are taking for that needs adjustment .
