Brief Answer:
probable vasovagal syncope.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.

You had a single incident of fainting while you were taking shower and when you came out.

I think this is just an episode of vasovagal syncope. You did not have proper diet and sleep the day before. This would have been the most probable reason.

In my opinion, there is no need to worry.

Follow some simple tips:
1. Go for your hemoglobin and blood sugar levels testing and get your blood pressure checked. These the common medical reasons for fainting.

2. Ensure that you have proper diet and food. Drink lots of water.

3. Its better to keep a pillow below your feet when you sleep.

4. Try not to stand up from bed immediately. As you wake up, sit for 1-2 minutes and then leave your bed.

In my opinion, this is not related to your OCPs.
Do not worry.

Hope I am able to address your concerns satisfactorily.

Feel free to discuss further.

I wish you well.
Thanks.
